This article aims to trace the state of knowledge about education and school administration, faced neoliberal reform links, highlighted in academic research at PhD level (theses) produced by Brazilian researchers. To this end, we analyzed summary 25 theses, collected Digital Library Theses Dissertations (BDTD), using, for data interpretation, Content Analysis techniques proposed Bardin (2016). Those show that administration have changed with adoption "new" governance forms models, managerialism principles new public management, assuming entrepreneurial features.
